About the Role As a Customer Experience Advisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service via email and live chat. You will learn our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships. You will also use internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments. Your goal will be to dream up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service via email and live chat, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and supportive Learn and utilize our internal management system to process sales orders and maintain customer relationships Use internal communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication Analyze customer trends and pain points, developing innovative solutions to optimize the customer experience Stay up-to-date with our products and services, providing accurate and helpful information to customers Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease Who You Are To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter who takes ownership of your work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be a creative and innovative problem solver who continually thinks outside the box, with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your tone and style to different audiences. You will be eager to learn new technology systems and procedures, with a strong ability to navigate multiple tabs and windows. You will be highly organized and attentive to detail, with the ability to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision. Essential Qualifications Able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls Have a quiet work space with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts Able to work 20–29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT Available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season Has reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router—a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and building strong relationships Experience working from home, with the ability to stay motivated and focused in a remote environment Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
