Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Remote Amazon Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within the Amazon platform, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate. Key Responsibilities Input and update product information on Amazon to ensure accuracy and consistency across all listings. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by reviewing and correcting discrepancies in data, and implementing measures to prevent future errors. Monitor Amazon listings for accuracy and compliance with Amazon policies, making adjustments as necessary. Maintain organized records of data entry activities, including tracking updates, changes, and issues resolved. Communicate with team members to resolve any data-related issues, collaborate on projects, and share best practices. Assist in other administrative tasks as needed, such as data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Adhere to blithequark's data entry standards and protocols, contributing to the development of best practices and procedures. Essential Qualifications Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices. Strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace, including policies, procedures, and best practices for product listing management. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to accurately input and update data, and identify and correct errors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data management software, such as database management systems. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and in a remote setting, with minimal supervision, and maintain productivity and motivation. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, and communicate with clients and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or information technology. Experience working with e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon, eBay, or Shopify, and knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices. Certifications or training in data entry, data management, or a related field, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP). Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics, and ability to create data visualizations and reports.
