As a key member of our Experience Team, you will be responsible for managing our customers and workforce throughout their entire lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, responding to all inquiries, and delivering proactive service. Key Responsibilities Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze problems and produce solutions, ensuring that our customers and workforce receive the best possible support. Employ a solutions-focused mindset to resolve incoming worker and client issues, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer service. Deliver excellent customer service to our growing workforce and client base through timely, personable responses to incoming inquiries via phone and email, ensuring that every interaction is positive and supportive. Navigate our proprietary workforce management software and other vendor systems fluently, utilizing the information housed by these systems to support incoming queries and provide accurate solutions. Demonstrate understanding of the wider business and industry, establishing yourself as an expert in employment services both internally and externally, and contributing to the development of our services and processes. Work collaboratively with all departments to provide a seamless experience to both workers and clients, contributing materially to ideas to improve processes and enhance our customer service. About You To be successful in this role, you should have: Over 2 years of experience in an Administration or Customer Success (CS) position, ideally in the HR/Staffing industry or with a SaaS company, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer service principles and practices. Experience working with CS ticketing systems, with the ability to navigate complex software systems and utilize data to inform decision-making. Loads of initiative, with a strong ability to organize and balance multiple tasks and priorities, while quickly identifying and prioritizing urgent matters. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations with a positive, empathetic, and calm approach, ensuring that every interaction is supportive and solution-focused. A high attention to detail, with every interaction and input mattering, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers and workforce. A resourceful learner, with a critical thinker and solutions-focused approach, able to explain complex terms simply and provide accurate solutions to customer inquiries. Essential Qualifications In addition to the above, you should: Be looking for a fully remote position, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace that is free from interruptions and background disruptions. Be available to work a standard 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service during our standard business hours. Have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to provide solutions-focused support to our customers and workforce. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced, global company, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of providing customer service in a remote environment. A certification in customer service or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
