Job Overview The Product Principal - Customer Experience position at arenaflex is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team and make a significant impact on our business. As a Product Principal, you will be responsible for connecting strategies and defining scope across multiple product teams and domains, with a focus on delivering business value and driving sales, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will work closely with Product Directors and cross-functional program leaders to guide in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization, and drive change management and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Delivery and Execution (10%) : Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure that the path to scope is known and aligned. Review recommended solutions and work of product teams to ensure that products are aligned with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities. Strategy and Planning (60%) : Partner with Cross-Functional Programs or Technology Portfolios to align outcomes. Cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs. Lead cross-functional discovery by partnering with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers (DEs), and balanced teams. Create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams. Provide visibility of the work by providing a holistic roadmap with dependencies. Team and Stakeholder (30%) : Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery. Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments. Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure that scoping aligns with product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in product management, with a focus on customer experience. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences. You should also have demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams, with a strong understanding of business insights and the ability to drive vision and purpose. Minimum Qualifications : Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. 8 years of work experience. Preferred Qualifications : Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint). 2+ years of previous leadership experience. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
