Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to navigate complex systems and provide accurate information. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, with a flexible and patient approach to customer interactions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on productivity and efficiency. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
