Job Overview This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from home after completing a comprehensive onboarding and training program in our office. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing timely resolutions to their concerns. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where adaptability, flexibility, and a positive attitude are vital for success. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a professional and courteous manner Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, consistently demonstrating a positive and empathetic tone Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction Adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow with our organization Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, consistently striving for excellence in every interaction Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should possess: A high school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with accuracy and efficiency Experience in providing exceptional customer service, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quality requirements Must be able to pass a background check, as a condition of employment Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a hybrid or remote work environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, or similar technology Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer populations What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
