As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing general advice and assistance to our members, updating account details, and meeting personal productivity and quality targets. Key Responsibilities Update member account details accurately and efficiently Answer queries and provide general advice and assistance to members via phone, email, and letter Meet or exceed personal productivity targets and contribute to team productivity targets Deliver an exceptional member experience, providing a personalized approach for each individual member Log and record all interactions onto the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records Meet or exceed personal quality targets, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Excellent attention to detail and listening skills Clear communication skills, both verbal and written The ability to provide the highest standards of customer service possible, delivering a personalized approach for each individual member Strong numeracy, literary, and MS Office skills The ability to retain and utilize complex product and technical information Strong technical knowledge of computers would be a benefit Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry Strong technical knowledge of computers and software applications Experience working in a hybrid or fully remote setting, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate these by telephone, email, and letter The ability to work efficiently under pressure, while still delivering a premium service Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
