Job Overview arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to join its team at the National/Alamo branch located at the Fort Wayne Airport. As a CXR, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless transactions, and promoting company-approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.67 and a schedule of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Key Responsibilities Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services, including offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment. Offer additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors, ensuring prompt and effective communication. Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail. Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return, notifying Management of any known customer problems, vehicle issues, or required maintenance, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the rental process. Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on-the-job training and development opportunities, and participate in company-sponsored classroom training, demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional growth. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must: Be at least 18 years old. Have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience, demonstrating a strong ability to interact with customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions. Hold a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record within the past 2 years, and no drug or alcohol-related convictions on your driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI). Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by arenaflex for this position now or in the future. Be willing to accept the starting pay of $20.67 per hour plus bonus opportunities and work part-time with the scheduled hours of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Prior experience in the automotive rental industry or a related field. Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications, including rental management systems.
