About the Role We are seeking exceptional customer service professionals to join our high-volume call center team as a Customer Service Representative for Clinical Programs. Ascertain the nature of the call and record information in the Communication Log, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions. Utilize proprietary arenaflex systems to look up member information and provide timely and relevant responses to caller inquiries. Forward logs requiring further research to the appropriate department, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more complex issue, such as claims or authorizations, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our programs and services. Manage time to ensure calls are answered within required timeframes and appropriate follow-up is done in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease. Meet or exceed minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position, consistently striving for excellence and continuous improvement. Document all calls appropriately, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions and ensuring that all necessary information is captured and retained. Attend weekly staff and other meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school Diploma or equivalent required, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning and development.
