About the Role: Social Media Customer Support Specialist We are seeking an exceptionally energetic and analytical Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our consumer marketing and media team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing customer journeys, customer engagement, and retention for our streaming services. The ideal candidate will have broad experience with digital marketing, customer experience, and data analysis, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer support through social media channels. Key Responsibilities: Identify key product strategies and features on partner platforms to inform our owned and operated product roadmap Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive customer-centric decision-making, including pricing, packaging, and promotional discounting Close strong analytical skills with the capacity to comprehend and apply complex data to resolve customer complaints and concerns through social media Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, programming, research, partner management, operations, product, and customer service, to design and execute customer engagement initiatives Proactively pitch product solutions across the customer lifecycle that encourage sampling and acquisition, and provide timely and effective support to customers through social media Essential Qualifications: Experience in the streaming services industry, with a focus on social media customer support Proficiency in CDPs and data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Mixpanel, mParticle) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer support through social media Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Experience with social media management tools and software Knowledge of customer experience and customer journey mapping principles Experience with data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to inform business decisions Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement Skills and Competencies: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and inform business decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer support through social media Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
