Job Overview This part-time position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You will be responsible for providing professional and courteous customer support via various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. As the primary interaction point for many of our customers, you will be expected to deliver exceptional service, build strong relationships, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to and resolve inbound customer requests related to bank products and services Provide professional and courteous customer support via phone, chat, and email Build and retain customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues in a timely manner Partner with other departments to reach mutually satisfactory resolutions of customer issues and identify processes or procedures that can be improved Maintain knowledge of deposit, loan, and digital banking services and other banking products Consistently meet or exceed agent metric standards for calls handled, adherence to schedule, ready/not ready time, and customer satisfaction Perform general clerical duties and operate various departmental equipment Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED Minimum of one year of banking or financial services experience in a customer service role (preferred) Previous contact center experience (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office products, web browsers, and operating systems Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express thoughts, ideas, and concepts clearly and concisely Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers and employees, maintain a positive outlook, and provide support and guidance as needed Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly and accurately assess customer requests and prioritize accordingly Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities, and deadlines, with a flexible and positive attitude Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
