Job Overview As a Customer Success Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers via telephone, email, and chat. You will be an integral part of our customer success team, working closely with the Customer Success Supervisor to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support. Key Responsibilities Answer all customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a professional and courteous manner Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the blithequark brand Demonstrate empathy towards customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line and making informed decisions Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure that customer needs are being met and exceeded Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift, meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers Role Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. You must have access to a consistently stable internet connection, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for individuals who are willing to take on additional projects, support external team members, and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of both the customer and the business.
