Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Consultant to join our Equity Management and Administration team. As a Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration of our equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. This is a remote work opportunity, and we offer a competitive hourly rate of $25 per hour. Key Responsibilities Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans Process the discharge of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, method partners, or other stakeholders Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant method and stock purchase plan enrollment activities Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations Review and maintain equity management methods and documentation Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field Experience working with multiple stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in data entry or a related field Strong knowledge of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly Experience with data analysis and reporting Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
