Key Responsibilities Promote and sell air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders, ensuring that every customer receives personalized attention and care. Provide assistance with passenger check-in and cargo acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all customers. Interpret government rules and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments, staying up-to-date with the latest regulations and guidelines. Meet and dispatch aircraft within established times, ensuring that every flight departs on schedule and that our customers reach their destinations safely and on time. Provide assistance to distressed passengers and customers, offering a helping hand and a listening ear when they need it most. Protect company property and revenue, taking pride in your work and ensuring that every aspect of our operations runs smoothly and efficiently. Possess the physical ability and dexterity to use motor skills to perform various job-related tasks, including operating air stairs and other equipment. Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited time period, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results. Be self-motivated and require minimal supervision, taking ownership of your work and striving for excellence in every aspect of your role. Respond and assist during security and emergency situations, remaining calm and composed under pressure and following established procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and colleagues. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Coordinator at blithequark, you'll need: A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development. The ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language, with bilingual language skills required in some locations. An applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities, ensuring that you can operate company vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently. The ability to fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable, and to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable. The ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays, and to report to work on a regular and timely basis, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to our operations.
