Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred), demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
