Essential Qualifications Located in Costa Rica, with the ability to work on-site at our Calle Blancos, San José office. Over 18 years old, with a national ID or permanent resident ID (Dimex). High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in English and Spanish language proficiency (bilingual position). Strong typing, phone, and computer navigation skills, with the ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions. Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
