Job Overview As a chat agent at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in managing conversations with our existing leads, providing them with timely and relevant information, addressing their queries, and guiding them through their journey with our brand. Your exceptional language skills in Ukrainian and English, coupled with your experience in similar projects, will enable you to effectively engage with our leads, understand their needs, and offer personalized support. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to incoming chat requests from leads in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and attention to detail. Utilize your fluency in Ukrainian and English to communicate effectively with leads, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in their preferred language. Provide accurate and relevant information about our products or services, highlighting their benefits and features to potential customers. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand, its offerings, and the industry, enabling you to offer insightful and helpful responses to leads. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that lead interactions are aligned with overall business objectives and strategies. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: Fluency in both Ukrainian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Proven experience as a chat agent or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional support and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Ability to work in a dynamic environment, handling multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality of response. Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat software and technology.
