As a full-time, non-exempt member of our customer engagement team, you will play a vital role in responding to inbound chat and text messages from our customers in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities: Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. Provide thoughtful, grammatically correct, and personalized responses that meet the highest standards of customer service, reflecting blithequark's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, demonstrating a sense of urgency and responsiveness that aligns with our customer-centric approach. Identify and report system errors or anomalies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our technology and processes. Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour, ensuring that our service levels are consistently met and exceeded. Operate within multiple software platforms, demonstrating adaptability and technical proficiency in a rapidly evolving environment. Education and Skills Required: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles, allowing you to provide informed and authoritative support to our customers. Access to high-speed internet, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment. High school diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in core skills and a commitment to lifelong learning. Work Schedule: We offer two alternative schedules to accommodate different lifestyles and preferences: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF). Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF).
