Key Responsibilities Design and develop conversational AI systems using AWS services such as Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, AWS Lambda, and AWS Connect Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop chat solutions that meet customer needs Utilize AWS Bedrock and SageMaker to build, train, and deploy machine learning models for conversational AI applications Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of chat solutions, and troubleshoot issues as they arise Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in conversational AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to improve chat solutions and services Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality and architecture Collaborate with the development team to integrate chat solutions with existing systems and applications Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field 3+ years of experience in developing IVA/chatbots, conversational AI, or similar AI-driven systems using AWS services Expert-level knowledge of Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, AWS Lambda, and AWS Connect Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++ Experience with cloud-based technologies and agile development methodologies Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS Bedrock and SageMaker, with a strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and dialogue management systems Familiarity with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Skills and Competencies Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and services Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
