Essential Duties and Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Practicing exceptional customer service using available training programs and measurement tools Using numerous software applications to accomplish daily tasks with minimal errors Maintaining a balanced cash drawer and resolving errors and/or discrepancies as they arise Buying and selling currency from the vault as necessary, ensuring that teller drawer cash limits are not exceeded Understanding the features and benefits of blithequark's consumer and business products and services Answering basic customer inquiries and cross-selling when appropriate Working effectively in a team-oriented environment and following all blithequark policies and procedures Performing other duties as assigned and being accountable for all duties of this job Job Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: Customer Service oriented individual with excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Basic mathematical and cash handling skills Basic keyboard navigation ability Understanding and application of banking compliance regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (including Outlook and Word) is preferred Bilingual abilities are a plus In terms of education and formal training, no specific requirements are necessary.
