Job Overview This critical role will ensure the smooth daily operations of our call center and contribute to a positive workplace culture by providing real-time assistance and support through online chat platforms. As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns from call center employees, playing a vital role in promoting employee engagement, addressing workplace issues, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Facilitate new hire onboarding to guarantee effective integration into the team, setting them up for success from day one. Employee Relations: Act as a primary contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns from call center employees, providing timely and professional support. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing workplace issues effectively and promoting employee engagement initiatives. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance and performance data. Process HR paperwork, such as contracts and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Training & Development: Help organize and coordinate training sessions and development programs for staff, focusing on enhancing skills and knowledge. Track and report on employee training progress, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing our training initiatives. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws, preparing and maintaining HR reports on staffing and turnover. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement strategies that promote compliance and reduce risk. Support & Coordination: Collaborate with HR team members on various HR functions and initiatives, providing support and guidance as needed. Coordinate with call center management to meet staffing and operational needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in HR principles and practices. Experience: A minimum of 2 years in an HR role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and driving positive change. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Technical proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, with familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems being a plus.
