About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, working fully remotely and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our Health Mart Atlas members. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart Atlas members, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Make outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, return voicemails, and participate in call campaigns. Conduct research within internal systems and triage with other departments regarding PBM contracts or payments. Provide excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the value proposition is clearly identified and communicated with members, including contract updates, industry news, and trends. Once tenured in the role, serve as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups, building strong relationships and delivering personalized support. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Typically 3+ years of related experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong time management and follow-up skills, with a focus on delivering timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
