Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans. As a Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for inbound calls, with some outbound calls, and will play a vital role in gathering and entering detailed trip information for scheduling non-emergency medical transports. Primary Responsibilities Taking inbound calls from members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans, and providing timely and effective support Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion, and confirming member eligibility Answering member inquiries regarding transportation services, and identifying and assessing member's additional needs Intaking member concerns, and actively working with other internal departments to quickly address real-time issues Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience Other duties as assigned, including participating in training and quality improvement initiatives Required Education and Experience To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in Mandarin (verbal) and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, you should have at least one year of inbound call center experience in a high-call volume atmosphere, where you have developed exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in a high-stress environment.
