Experienced Junior Compliance Data Entry Specialist for Dynamic Operations Team – arenaflex

Job Summary We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of Compliance Data Entry Specialist, working Thursday through Sunday from 8 AM to 6:30 PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying and adjusting associate work times in the PATS system, ensuring data integrity, and processing indirect time logs. Key Responsibilities As a Compliance Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Verifying Start and Stop times in the PATS system for each Associate each day to ensure accuracy and compliance. Reviewing each Associate's activity to identify and correct issues with data interfaced from SCAN, maintaining the highest level of data integrity. Keying in indirect time from indirect logs, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. Analyzing and manipulating raw data to generate necessary reports and create assignments in PATS, storing all raw data appropriately to meet data retention requirements. Keying in exception and adjustment logs, ensuring that all logs are turned in for each associate each day and reporting any issues to area supervisors. Archiving all production and indirect logs to meet payroll record retention requirements, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Training as a backup to the PATS/IT Supervisor for the Payroll Extraction process, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow in your role. Performing other routine maintenance within the PATS application to ensure proper operation and upkeep, as well as other clerical duties as needed to assist in building daily operations. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software. Knowledge of the AS 400 Warehouse Management System, with at least one year of experience preferred. One year of related business experience, with PC experience preferred, and a strong understanding of DC internal operations and procedures. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and maintain confidentiality. A strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain organized workstations and prioritize tasks effectively. A Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of one year of experience in a related field. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages. Experience with the PATS system, with a strong understanding of data entry and compliance principles. Knowledge of DC procedures, with a strong understanding of internal operations and protocols.
