About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues, utilizing excellent decision-making skills and innovation. Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns, providing support and recommendations as necessary. Provide support to policyholders with any policy changes requested, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience. Support policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary, demonstrating a customer-centric approach. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. High school graduate or GED equivalent. Ability to type 25 words per minute. Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems. Proven oral and written communication skills. Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. Preferred qualifications include: 6 months of call center experience. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry. Work from Home Requirements To work from home, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: Internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps and upload rate of 5.0 Mbps. ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms. Proof of internet speed required. Clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions.
