Key Responsibilities Virtual Client Engagement: Connect with new and existing clients through virtual meetings on platforms like Zoom to present and sell various insurance policies, tailoring plans to meet their unique needs. Insurance Product Specialization: Develop expertise in areas such as mortgage protection, final expense, college education, paycheck protection, and more, to effectively communicate the value of our insurance products. Client Relationship Building: Establish rapport with clients and build lasting relationships through excellent written and verbal communication skills, addressing and resolving client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Business Expansion: Expand our business reach through effective networking techniques, identifying new opportunities and growing our book of business. Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Ensure compliance with insurance standards and regulations, continuously tracking and identifying areas for improvement, and attending ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
