Utilize various electronic means, such as websites, to verify insurance information and ensure compliance with lender requirements. Work with vehicle and mortgage outbound calls, navigating complex insurance documents and loan histories to perform tasks accurately and efficiently. Read and understand insurance documents for both auto and mortgage, applying knowledge of insurance policies and procedures to ensure accurate verification. Follow lender particulars and guidelines to ensure compliance and accuracy in insurance verification. Essential Qualifications and Skills: The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
