The Role We are seeking an experienced HR Information Security Designer and Data Architect to join our Ability Tech Designing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable data structures for our HR division. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of HR data, collaborating with cross-functional partners from Ability, Finance, Data Science Engineering, Security, and other stakeholders to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting and analytics environments Design and implement comprehensive data structures for HR systems, including data models, dictionaries, and data lineage solutions Develop a robust security model and governance framework in association with process owners to establish and enforce data security policies, protocols, and procedures to safeguard sensitive HR data Plan and optimize security measures to maximize efficiency and improve processes Lead regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks Implement robust endpoints to ensure seamless data flow between HR systems and other organizational/external systems Lead process modeling and identify opportunities for improvement within HR data management and reporting processes Lead the design, development, and implementation of new HR security functionality, including managing internal HR security teams and their daily development, focusing efforts to deliver and administer quality Provide guidance and subject matter expertise on security, data, and reporting capabilities and limitations Partner with HR Tech leadership on accelerations and cross-functional impacts Assess and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance HR data and security architecture Lead the implementation of new systems and technologies, ensuring they meet organizational standards and requirements Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data management, and security, with a focus on HR systems A deep understanding of HR processes, data protection regulations, and compliance requirements Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and data integration tools Experience with security protocols and procedures Project management and experience with Agile methodology Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and navigate ambiguity Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Experience with HR Tech systems and familiarity with various HR systems across the Ability capability Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and security solutions Certifications in data security, compliance, or related fields Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on innovation and growth Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
