Key Responsibilities Manage the daily activities of the IT department, including network configuration, troubleshooting, and project management Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, including hardware, software, and network problems Collaborate with local and remote IT support specialists, employees, and operations management to provide timely and effective solutions Develop and implement IT procedures and guidelines to meet the requirements of the operations team Work closely with senior management to identify, recommend, develop, and implement cost-effective technology solutions to support business growth Lead and manage a team of local IT support specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed Participate in 24/7 support and be available to respond to emergency situations Essential Qualifications Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related IT field At least 4 years of experience providing technical support in a similar environment MS certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or MCITP Extensive knowledge of Motorola/Zebra RF Units, including Moto MC9190, VC6090, and WT41N0 Experience with IT areas such as Microsoft Administration, Mobile Device Management, and RF Technologies Advanced troubleshooting skills in a multi-user, high-pressure environment Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications Experience with data cabling and PC facilities maintenance Proven track record of leading IT support teams and managing vendor contracts and relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact with peers, management, contractors, and vendors Preferred Qualifications Cisco CCNA certification Working knowledge of SOTI MobiControl device management Ability to manage high-priority projects and work effectively with limited supervision Willingness to travel up to 25% and work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodation Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
