Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a 100% remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with reliable internet access. You will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Default Management. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Meet outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs, ensuring high productivity and efficiency Utilize telephones, email, chat, and text communication to interact with customers, providing timely and professional responses to all written communication Properly utilize our CRM system for technical inquiries, following up with customers to ensure resolution Follow policies and procedures regarding escalations, updating records with current demographic and contact information, and accurately notating all interactions Initiate calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans Comprehend training material on various topics, sharing new concepts and content with the team Adhere to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies Attain all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals, consistently striving for excellence Requirements for Success To excel as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you should possess the following qualities and skills: Passion for helping others, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on customers' lives Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers Attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency in all interactions Ability to establish priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Self-motivation and internal drive, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence Technical proficiency, with the ability to operate and navigate various devices and systems Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve common computer issues Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field Ability to work in a remote environment, with reliable internet access Availability to work multiple shifts, including day and evening shifts, with occasional weekends Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Education FinTech industry or a related field Knowledge of student loan repayment and financial aid processes Proficiency in CRM software and other technical tools Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with diverse customer populations Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
