About the Role In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work from the comfort of your own home, supporting client achievement and resolving moderately complex requests or issues from clients regarding financial products and services. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for providing a world-class client experience, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Support client achievement and seek ways to improve modestly complex requests or issues from clients in regards to financial products and services through various channels, such as phone, message, chat, video chat, and other lines of communication. Perform routine tasks like responding to requests, resolving issues, and providing a top-tier client experience while adhering to work rules, policies, and guidelines. Routinely receive direction from management, escalate questions, and refer more difficult issues to staff. Conduct analysis to determine reasonably complex client issues, including consulting with different departments for issue resolution. Collaborate with experienced representatives on challenging issues. Be responsible for training new hires and less experienced staff. Answer requests and issues from clients in a timely and professional manner. Required Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 3+ years of experience evaluating and addressing the needs of clients or resolving client issues, or comparable experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve moderately complex client issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of clients, colleagues, and management. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to provide solid client assistance while listening, eliciting information efficiently, understanding, and resolving complex client issues. Basic Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information. Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Outstanding verbal, written, and relational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
