Job Overview In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for our applicants, responding to inquiries, providing technical assistance, and navigating our computerized systems to resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities Respond to all inbound inquiries (phone, email, and chat) from applicants with effective communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. Provide technical assistance to applicants, guiding them through the application process and troubleshooting issues as needed. Navigate our computerized system to respond to and/or troubleshoot applicants' questions, leveraging your technical savvy to learn new systems and processes quickly. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to empathize with applicants from diverse backgrounds. Become and remain knowledgeable about all arenaflex application programs to provide excellent applicant support and identify areas for improvement. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you should have: 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of effective communication skills, both orally and in writing. Technical savviness, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, and adapt to changing business needs. A strong ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and respectful environment. Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a high level of organization and attention to detail, and adapt quickly to new challenges and priorities. Ability to work with a high volume of activity (phone, email, and chat), managing multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a positive and customer-centric attitude. Bilingual abilities are preferred, with proficiency in English and one of the following languages: Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish, or other languages. A schedule that aligns with our preferred hours of 6 am-3 pm, with flexibility to accommodate business needs and applicant requirements. U.S. work authorization, with the ability to work remotely and maintain a secure and productive home office environment.
