Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Customer Care Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Exemplify arenaflex's Core Values and Mission Statement to live out our culture and foster a positive work environment Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving Surprise and delight each client through innovative and personalized approaches, ensuring that no client falls through the cracks and that every interaction is memorable and satisfying Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner, applying for payments and sending out payment reminders as directed Manage flight changes and seat assignments, concierge-related details, and other travel arrangements to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences in a timely and efficient manner Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, advising on what should be printed and ensuring that all necessary information is provided Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, ensuring that all client interactions and progress are accurately recorded and easily accessible Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that all deadlines are met and expectations exceeded Manage client profiles and bookings, serving as a backup travel support and main point of contact as needed, including outside of normal office hours Continue to grow in savvy and proficiency, implementing tools and strategies to heighten our remote workplace culture and drive business success Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be a driven self-starter, positive thinker, proactive, and trustworthy, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
