About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will field customer inquiries, resolve complex issues, and provide innovative solutions to respond to consumer concerns. Key Responsibilities Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns Provide support to policyholders with any policy changes requested Support policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines Qualifications We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
