Job Overview In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing telephone and email support to address their questions, concerns, and technical issues. You will work closely with our development staff to resolve complex problems, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions, and document support articles to enhance our self-service resources. As a specialist for arenaflex's suite of products, you will be empowered to drive challenging technical problems to resolution, keeping clients and staff informed of progress along the way. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, validate, and respond to client queries, issues, or requests in a timely and accurate manner via email, ticket system, phone, and virtual meetings. Escalate issues to higher levels of support as needed, setting customer expectations for follow-up and resolution. Work collaboratively across multiple teams to resolve customer-reported issues, pivoting between supporting customers utilizing multiple platforms. Document support articles to further self-service collateral for customers, enhancing their ability to resolve problems independently. Be the face of arenaflex to our customers, treating them with patience, empathy, and empowering them to resolve problems themselves. Become a specialist for arenaflex's suite of products, staying up-to-date with the latest features, functionality, and industry trends. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will possess: Strong customer service acumen, demonstrated in an IT solutions environment, with a talent for problem-solving and attention to detail. Basic understanding of SQL databases and functional proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Proven ability to handle defined periods of stress with professional poise, communicating clearly both orally and in writing with teammates, management, developers, and clients. Demonstrated ability to drive challenging technical problems to resolution, keeping clients and staff informed of progress along the way. Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple clients and open issues. Motivated self-starter with a bias for action, interacting in a positive manner with internal and external contacts. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are considered a plus: 3+ years providing functional support for software applications. Experience in government functions such as federal acquisition, contract lifecycle management, and/or financial management. Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree.
