Job Summary As a Full Stack Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of employee data, payroll, and statutory payments for our APAC region. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our database with precision and attention to detail, collaborating with other team members to ensure data integrity and completeness, and adhering to established guidelines and protocols. Key Responsibilities Process payroll for assigned APAC countries using a third-party payroll company Prepare, post payroll changes, new hires, and leavers for every entity to the payroll services timely through Workday HCM Validate payroll input against payroll checks and coordinate with payroll carriers for required changes/corrections Coordinate with payroll companies on timely payout to personnel and statutory payments Carry out tasks associated with monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reporting and taxation Serve as the point of contact for employees on payroll questions through the Zendesk ticketing system Record, screen, and report on monthly payroll costs and raise purchase orders Report on payroll services' settlement renewal dates Work with Philippines and Singapore team members and follow global system alignment Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in payroll and accounting processing in a BPO or shared services environment Experience working in APAC payroll, with a focus on Korea, Australia, and India Excellent knowledge of payroll and associated statutory labor laws required for payroll-related calculations Above-average proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Microsoft Excel and Word, and Workday Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications Experience working with third-party payroll companies Familiarity with Workday HCM and payroll processing Knowledge of APAC payroll laws and regulations Certification in payroll or accounting (e.g., CPP, CPA) What We Offer Competitive Compensation and Benefits Netflix offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Wellness programs and resources Family-friendly policies, including parental leave Stock options and bonuses for eligible employees Opportunities for learning and career development through education programs, workshops, and educational resources Employee assistance programs, including mental health support and counseling services Flexible Work Arrangements We offer flexible work arrangements, including remote work options and flexible scheduling, to support work-life balance and employee well-being.
