We are now seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly expanding team as a Parent Liaison, working remotely to deliver exceptional support to our families. About the Role As a Customer Service Representative – Parent Liaison at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with families, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. Your primary objective will be to educate potential families about our evaluation appointment, treatment process, and insurance procedures, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for all parties involved. You will be the first point of contact for many families, and your ability to provide outstanding customer service, answer questions, and address concerns will be essential in making a positive impact on their journey with us. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to families over the phone, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a compassionate and efficient manner. Accurately enter patient registration information and schedule initial appointments, identifying potential conflicts or trends for each clinic schedule. Coordinate information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and our treatment clinics to ensure a smooth and timely process. Review cost-share amounts, co-payments, and financial responsibilities with families, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for their treatment journey. Manage variable call volumes on multiple queues, handling an average of 40 to 70 calls per day while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 1-2 years of customer service or related experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment. 1-2 years of experience working with computer software, including proficiency in data entry and scheduling systems. Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and human relations, with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds. A proactive mindset with the ability to absorb new information in a timely manner, prioritizing daily tasks to manage individual workload effectively. Professional demeanor in both written and spoken communication with families, providers, and coworkers, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
