Job Summary As a Senior Product Manager at Manager Battle Diversion, you will be responsible for ensuring that multiple aspects of our games achieve business targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features and functionality that support the overall strategic vision of the product. Your expertise in product management, game development, and data analysis will be invaluable in driving business success and growth. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy: Collaborate with the Lead Product Manager to create a clear product roadmap of targeted features and initiatives that work toward the overall product vision. Product Performance: Monitor game performance and drive KPIs and targets for products and features. Player Understanding: Define and implement metrics and tracking tools for the product, and use data to inform game design and drive decisions for optimization and future feature development. Partner Management: Foster effective relationships across the studio and with external partners to deliver significant business results. Analysis and Insights: Conduct analysis and provide insights to inform product decisions, using tools such as SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools like Tableau. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: In a related field, such as mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or computer science. Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, game development, or data analysis in the games industry. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data to quickly gain insights and communicate those insights to different audiences. Business Acumen: Solid business and technical skills, with the ability to connect detailed player behavior and financial results. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to all levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications MBA: Advanced degree in business or a related field. Experience with A/B Testing: Experience with A/B and multivariate testing. Familiarity with Game Development: Understanding and experience with a wide range of business models, including free-to-play and subscription-based models. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools like Tableau.
