**Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist – Clinical Research and Evidence Generation**

We are now seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge research and evidence generation initiatives. **Job Summary:** The successful candidate will be responsible for creating genuine proof (RWE) through advanced research and innovative methodologies in the clinical trials space. As a key member of the Logical Issues team, the Data Scientist will be expected to leverage creative data science and technology to drive business growth and address critical business questions. This role will involve leading sophisticated data analysis to inform business decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing and implementing data-driven solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Mine raw data collections to deliver normalized, analysis-ready patient datasets from in-house data resources or authorized platforms, analyze and interpret results, and inform investigation procedures. * Collaborate with other members of the arenaflex Clinical Trials team to deliver actionable insights from real-world, clinical, and other data sources to support biopharmaceutical RWE and clinical trial requests. * Clean, transform, and store data into a unified data lake for future analysis and broader team utilization. * Perform data mining and statistical analysis to analyze RWE/RWD and uncover new insights regarding patient populations and treatment outcomes. * Support the development of genuine data, analysis, and platform capabilities, applying advanced research and tools to resolve logical questions from biopharmaceutical organizations. * Work collaboratively on the design and execution of results research studies. * Ensure high-quality, thorough, and timely interpretations from RWE reviews and analyses. * Develop dashboards, analysis, and reports for internal and external use. * Conduct a significant level of effort on new true data suppliers vendors and drive RWD quality evaluations to inform project decisions. **Essential Capabilities:** * 2 years of experience with R, Python, or SQL. * Experience in designing and executing effective and reproducible statistical analyses related to epidemiology and observational research with healthcare data. * Knowledge of standard statistical testing methods including generalized linear models, regression and classification, decision trees, machine learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis. * Experience handling large data from various data sources. * Experience managing protected patient health data. * Familiarity with at least one of the following: Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Spotfire, or other BI visualization tools. **Preferred Capabilities:** * Mastery in EMR/Health IT, disease libraries, and claims data sets. * Aptitude in clinical data principles, clinical terminologies, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode). * Experience in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance rules for real-world evidence studies or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR). * Experience working with alternative data sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology platforms and solutions. * Experience with trial design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics. * Understanding of analytics and AI strategies, ability to continue self-learning of technical and non-technical skills. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary of $27/hour. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. * Collaborative and supportive team culture. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. * Generous paid time off and holidays. * Flexible remote work arrangements. **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and experienced data scientist looking to join a forward-thinking organization, please submit your application through our website.
