We are committed to creating a workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support the well-being and success of our employees. **Job Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Data Protection & Privacy Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Analyzing and implementing data protection and privacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable technology solutions that meet data protection and privacy requirements * Conducting risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security threats and develop mitigation strategies * Developing and implementing training programs to educate employees on data protection and privacy best practices * Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement data protection and privacy policies and procedures * Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and areas for improvement * Developing and implementing metrics to measure the effectiveness of data protection and privacy initiatives * Collaborating with the IT team to develop and implement technical solutions to support data protection and privacy initiatives * Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data protection and privacy **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in a STEM-related field, with a focus on data protection and privacy * Strong understanding of data protection and privacy requirements and policies, including local, national, and international regulations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management and employees * Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines, with the potential to handle multiple tasks concurrently * Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship **Preferred Qualifications:** * CISA certification * Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols, and network security * Knowledge of security engineering and architecture principles * Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key control principles * Ability to interpret noncompliance to determine its effect on levels of risk and/or average effectiveness of the organization's cybersecurity program * Hands-on experience with data protection and privacy vendors, tools, and product capabilities **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is a dynamic and inclusive workplace that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
