You will work closely with clinical networks, patients, and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and support. Your expertise will be essential in driving pharmacy financial performance, improving patient outcomes, and upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to: + Drug Treatment Management programs + Vaccination Services + Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects * Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met * Ensure consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by: + Conducting regular process reviews and assessments + Analyzing and examining results + Implementing changes and improvements * Guarantee regional pharmacies comply with regulatory requirements, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines * Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business strategies to meet organizational financial objectives * Execute and implement patient intervention pharmacy projects to boost financial performance * Uphold efforts to improve the patient experience by expanding the focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient consultations, medication management, drug treatment reviews, and retail, clinical, or wellness services) * Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field initiatives * Support staff training experiences and career development opportunities * Foster collaboration and inspire pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organizational strategies, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity **Essential Qualifications:** * Current pharmacy license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority * Experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues * Experience working with confidential information * Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends * Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing, organizing, and following details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates * Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when to escalate issues * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction **Preferred Qualifications:** * Willingness to obtain other state pharmacy licenses if necessary * Knowledge of insurance plans * Familiarity with PC operating systems, including Rhapsody, Commitment, and Plus * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing font and size, designing cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, choosing cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a chart, choosing a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, choosing page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets) * Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show) * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and section width, formatting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet, or printing capabilities) **Work Environment and Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
