Key Responsibilities Apply advanced analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to assist with driving business decisions. Analyze customer behavior (e.g., genre preferences, viewing patterns) to identify unmet customer needs and untapped content opportunities. Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition decisions. Optimize our content launch and episode release strategy. Test marketing strategies to streamline engagement and retention. Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both tactical and strategic decision-making. Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to help drive the business forward. Effectively communicate significant outcomes through compelling data storytelling across the organization. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field. At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis. Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python. Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc. Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems. Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication. Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree in Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field. An enthusiasm for Media and Entertainment.
