This role will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our Client Investigation Center item procedure, ensuring the quality and straightforward entry for internal buyers of client examination and experiences. Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for defining and communicating a methodology, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center. You will ensure that tools are built and scaled to support the security and reliability needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and character. You will also define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center. Key Responsibilities Driving the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center item procedure to build the quality and straightforward entry for internal buyers of client examination and experiences Defining and communicating a methodology, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center Ensuring that tools are built and scaled to support the security and reliability needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and character Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital character, customer analysis, data security, and protection, and identifying potential opportunities for product development and differentiation Collaborating with Designing, arenaflex Interface, Information Adventures, and Marketing teams to deliver top-notch customer analysis arrangements with a strong emphasis on data security and customer protection Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area, and at least 7 years of experience in product management. Alternatively, you may have 9 years of experience in product management or a related area. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related area, and 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, would be highly desirable. We also value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating expertise in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, think strategically, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Experience with data analysis, customer insights, and product development would be highly beneficial.
