Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of less experienced Client care Agents, new or upgraded services and procedural changes, and the overall effectiveness of the team. You will provide input and present plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a general client support impact. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will perform complex client care tasks, provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of methodology to less experienced Client assistance Agents, and offer guidance to meet defined efficiency and performance objectives. Key Responsibilities: Support the execution of less experienced Client care Agents, new or upgraded services and procedural changes, and the overall effectiveness of the team Provide input and present plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a general client support impact Perform complex client care tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing calls to clients Utilize various systems to research and resolve issues with client addresses on statements Collaborate with the quick team and communicate with different departments Suggest areas requiring improvement and provide guidance to meet defined efficiency and performance objectives Engage with internal and external clients to deliver exceptional customer experiences Required Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field 4 years of Client support, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Strong client care skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Effective organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and Microsoft Access abilities The ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following skills and qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a remote or home-based customer service role Knowledge of financial services and trust administrations Experience with complex client care tasks and issue resolution Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
