About the Role We're on the hunt for talented and ambitious individuals to join our team as Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representatives. Our comprehensive 5-day paid training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to prepare for the State Insurance Exam, and we'll provide ongoing support to help you obtain your license in all 50 states and territories where we operate. Key Responsibilities As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: Resolving complex consumer issues and providing guidance to first-level representatives on high-level issues Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns Providing support to policyholders with policy changes and adjustments Offering recommendations and adjusting policies as necessary to meet policyholders' needs Utilizing excellent decision-making skills and innovation to respond to customer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience To be at least 18 years old A high school diploma or equivalent Ability to type 25 words per minute Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems Proven oral and written communication skills Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Availability to work various shifts 6 months of call center experience is preferred but not required Work from Home Requirements To work from home, you'll need: A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps and upload speed of 3.0 Mbps An internet service provider with no packet loss and ping under 50ms Proof of internet speed A clean and quiet workspace What We Offer At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, creativity, and productivity.
