Our Work-from-Home Team We have a preferred residency list of 40 states in the USA, and we're currently not hiring from AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States. However, residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. may be considered based on special business needs. As a remote worker, you'll enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. What You'll Be Doing As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels. Your role will involve: Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customer inquiries Resolving customer issues with compassion, empathy, and a smile Consulting on products and services with a deep understanding of our offerings Providing peace of mind to our customers, ensuring their experience with us is nothing short of exceptional A Typical Day in the Life As a Customer Service Representative, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and challenges. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues, share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer experience. What You Bring to the Role To be successful in this role, you'll need: Minimum six (6) months of customer service experience High school diploma or equivalent Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers Computer experience, with proficiency in using various software applications and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, you'll need to possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a caring and supportive nature that shines through in every interaction.
