You will work on behalf of some of the most recognized brands in the world, interacting with hundreds of customers each week to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Listen to and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide exceptional customer service * Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customers * Explain and position products and processes when interacting with customers * Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction and provide solutions * Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling **Candidate Qualifications** We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and driving business growth.
