As a remote employee, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities * Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service * Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers * Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data * Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities * Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing **Requirements** To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: * Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports * The ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * A high school diploma or equivalent * Bilingual is preferred but not required **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * Previous customer service experience in a similar industry * Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
