Job Overview: Digital Communication Representative - LiveChat Agent We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our marketing team as a Digital Communication Representative (LiveChat Agent). This is a full-time, remote position, with a preference for candidates located near our branch offices in Calgary, Alberta, or Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. As a LiveChat Agent, you will play a vital role in connecting with our website visitors, validating and prequalifying leads, and directly impacting the business through exceptional customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Engage in real-time live chat with customers visiting our websites, providing timely and effective support to address their inquiries and concerns. Enter marketing qualified leads into Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate and efficient lead management. Transition qualified leads to Sales Managers as Salesforce.com Opportunities, facilitating seamless handovers and maximizing sales potential. Become an expert in the live chat platform, leveraging its features to enhance customer interactions and drive business outcomes. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features, promotions, and FAQs to provide informed and helpful responses to customers. Create canned responses and enhance the tagging system in the live chat platform, streamlining communication and improving response times. Enhance training and best practices documentation, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer engagement strategies. Develop and communicate ideas for improvement in our customer journey, driving innovation and excellence in our marketing and sales efforts. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction, volume, and schedule, using data to inform decisions and optimize results. Collaborate with the sales team and key marketing team members to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of our lead generation and customer engagement initiatives. Perform other assigned tasks, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Qualifications and Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess: Experience in the commercial modular construction industry, live chat, B2B telemarketing, or sales, although not essential, is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. A keen ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results. A customer-centric approach, with empathy and patience in dealing with diverse customer inquiries and concerns.
