Key Responsibilities Enter and update data in our database with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to our strict data protection policies and procedures. Verify and correct data discrepancies and inconsistencies, using your analytical skills to identify and resolve issues. Assist in the development and maintenance of data entry procedures and guidelines, contributing to the continuous improvement of our data management processes. Collaborate with team members virtually to ensure data integrity and support program initiatives, using digital communication tools to facilitate teamwork and knowledge sharing. Generate reports and summaries as needed for program evaluation and decision-making, providing insights and recommendations to inform our strategic planning. Perform routine backups and data maintenance tasks, ensuring the integrity and availability of our data assets.
